Zarina Hora has been defending employers and TPAs for almost a decade, representing a multitude of fortune 500 companies and local Southern California businesses. Senior Associate Robert Miller
Robert started his legal career representing clients in various facets of employment law including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in both the State and Federal Court. Many of these involved a crossover with worker’s compensation matters including Labor Code § 132a claims. Due to many of these crossovers, Robert began practicing worker’s compensation to “complete the circle” of employment litigation. Robert has represented insurance companies/employers in various worker’s compensation claims and has been able to obtain favorable outcomes through settlements and dismissals.
